Great news!
After much prayer and deliberation, the leadership team felt that this was the right step to reflect our growing relationship within the Celebration Church family. It will help us strengthen our ministry within the Netherlands and globally.
Within the global Celebration Church family, we have found a similar passion for Jesus, his word, his family and his mission. We’re extremely grateful for all the support they have given us the past year, and we have felt very welcome within their global family with churches in Paris, Antwerp, Zimbabwe, Israel, and the US.
Sebastiaan and Eva van Wessem will remain the Lead Pastors of Celebration Church Netherlands. Globally, Celebration Church is led by its global Senior Pastors, Stovall and Kerri Weems, who reside in Jacksonville, Florida.
Thousand Hills will rebrand to Celebration Church Netherlands during the Awakening Conference, which will be held on February 7 and 8 in our building in Hilversum. We will have guest speakers such as Bryan Schwartz and John Scott from Celebration Church Jacksonville, as well as Dixon Changara, the Lead Pastor from Celebration Church Zimbabwe. Many guests will join us from the other Celebration Church locations globally.
